VAST

What is VAST?

VAST stands for Viewer Access Satellite Television, which is an Australian Government- funded satellite service for free-to-air television. If you receive a poor digital signal, or no signal at all, a satellite dish may be the best way to optimise your digital television reception.

Setting up VAST for your home

To be able to receive a VAST signal, you will require a compatible set-top box and a satellite dish. When you register to receive this service, a smartcard will be supplied for your VAST set- top box. This is essential to receive a signal.

If you are not currently registered to receive VAST and you have questions about the service, feel free to at Neale McLennan the Antenna Guy.
